I'll be showing you a radical new approach to emotional intelligence that will empower you to navigate your own thoughts and experiences with much more clarity and confidence than you thought possible.
That's because it's the simplest, most logical and yet most overlooked way of understanding the purpose of your emotions—and what else could emotional intelligence be but an accurate understanding of your emotions?
I will show you the actual cause of most conflict, and how it is something we all do, most of the time.
I'll also show you what I call the missing piece, a simple concept that revolutionizes our understanding and practical application of emotional intelligence, a concept that is almost entirely overlooked by most people, including most therapists, influencers and professionals in this field.
In this course you will learn a practice I call Active Empathy, which is based on four concepts and four skills. You will learn this practice by applying these concepts to your own situations and conflicts in written exercises, and you will develop the skills with live practice in the Weekend Workshops.
This is the first in a series of three courses, and it covers four skills of awareness and empathy. I'm still working on the next two courses, but the second one will cover six more skills of communication and connection, and the third one will cover eight skills of collaboration and community.
